From a targeted selection of Grechetto Rosso grapes from our territory combined with careful winemaking, Clarus is obtained, a pale pink wine with persistent fruity and floral aromas.
How to pair this wine?
It is recommended to pair it with appetizers, first courses and delicately flavored meats, but also local cheeses.
Its marked acidity makes it a proud accompaniment to all dishes with tomato sauces and traditional Roman first courses.
Our best pairing is with Caprese (tomato, mozzarella and basil).
