What to expect from this wine?
Wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, characterized by intense, fine, delicately fruity olfactory sensations of citrus fruits, apple, broom flowers and acacia, accompanied by mineral notes reminiscent of flint.
The taste is fresh but intense, characterized by a persistent minerality, which enhances its fine and balanced structure, with a long and very captivating finish.

It goes perfectly with both raw and cooked fish, appetizers, white meats and traditional regional first courses.
