What to expect from this wine?
Straw yellow wine with slight greenish reflections.
The typical nature of the vine is recognized as soon as the bottle is opened. Thiolic notes blend with exotic tropical ones, which encourage drinking. In the mouth it is full, fruity and soft with marked acidity.
How to pair this wine?
It goes perfectly with both raw and cooked fish, appetizers, white meats and traditional regional first courses.
Our best pairing is with Pasta with pesto.
